The Atrium Tasting Room & Wine Bar

On December 21, 2018, Seven Birches Winery is opening an all-new, expansion tasting room called the “Atrium Tasting Room & Wine Bar” located at the Lincoln Village Shops in the center of town.  The new tasting room is within a stone’s throw of our existing winery facility and “Winery Tasting Room” at the grand RiverWalk Resort at Loon Mountain.

The new tasting room is a mini, rustic version of our main tasting room and has all the same (and some different) wines that we pour in both locations.  The tasting room is open on the weekends in the winter, and daily in the summer and fall for wine sampling and wine by the glass.  Of course, all of your favorite wines are sold here, along with some locally-made foods and gifts.

Our decision to open a wine bar so close to RiverWalk is two-fold.  We always strive to provide friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive service to our guests when visiting our tasting room.  And, when the tasting room is full, it is more challenging to create an exceptional experience.  By opening another location, we’ll have more elbow room for you to enjoy the wine tasting and shopping experience.

You may also know that RiverWalk Resort is expanding with its second phase of development.  Seven Birches Winery will be expanding with it and moving operations into an all-new facility in “phase 2.”  This means that our production facility and tasting rooms will grow 5 times their current size, allowing us the space we (and the wine) needs to breathe.  Construction is slated to begin in the spring of 2020 and will last for 18-24 months.  The construction will literally start on the exterior of the existing winery & tasting room walls.  So, for this reason, we have created a new space for you to enjoy the wine, just a short walk away from the dust of construction.

We promise that the experience in the Atrium Wine Bar will be remarkable, just as it is in the RiverWalk Tasting Room.  Why not try both and compare?  We hope you enjoy what we have done to renovate this great little space.  See you there, soon!
