Frequently Asked Questions

How do the LIVE Interactive Wine Tasting with the Winemaker work?

  1. Purchase your wine tasting flight online here:
    Red Wine Flight  |  White Wine Flight
  2. Receive your wine samples at home via UPS.  Someone over the age of 21 must sign for the delivery.
  3. Look on the back of the tasting notes card for the URL to our online “Zoom Meeting” for the interactive tasting event.
  4. Join the Zoom Meeting a few minutes prior to the set event time by opening a browser and typing in that URL.
  5. Mark will walk you through the rest online.
  6. Enjoy the wine samples as Mark describes them.
  7. Don’t forget to ask lots of questions.  Have fun!

How do I get the discount for purchasing 2 or more flights?

  • The discount will automatically be applied in your shopping cart.  You don’t have to do anything.

What to expect:

Once you receive your tasting flights from UPS, look on the back of the tasting notes card for the web address of our LIVE online Zoom meeting.  A few minutes prior to the online session of your choice, simply open your web browser and go to the address on the back of that note card.  It will direct you to the correct place.

If you have never joined a Zoom meeting, simply follow the instructions on your screen to download the extension allowing you to join.  This can be done from just about any device.  Zoom Help

During each online tasting event, everyone will have the opportunity to interact with other attendees and the winemaker, Mark LaClair, who will also guide you through your tasting flights.  The tasting flights will work as closely to our in-person tasting experience in our tasting rooms as possible, with the exception that our winemaker himself will be hosting you.
