Wow, what an incredible year we’ve had at Seven Birches! We can’t wait to share some fun and exciting announcements with you, so keep reading! The annual Jingle Bell Tour is back and will run all the way until December 29th. If you’ve been eager to explore other wineries at a fantastic price, now’s the perfect time to grab your ticket before it’s too late! We’re also thrilled to let you know that we now offer wine flights “to go.” Swing by and ask us about taking a tasting kit home with you – they make wonderful gifts for the wine enthusiasts in your life! Our recent Handcrafted Holiday workshops have been a blast! The floral making and bracelet making class were so much fun and we can’t wait for more. Join us for our upcoming Seasonal Floral Workshop and of course, our Charcuterie making class! It’s going to be so much fun! Lastly, if you’ve been keeping an eye on your inbox, you may have noticed that we’ve announced our 2026 Wine Club Travel destinations. We are beyond excited to explore two NEW locations with all of you – Dublin, Ireland, and FOUR beautiful Countries along the Danube. It’s sure to be a memorable adventure for all our wine lovers! I can’t believe it’s December already! Oh well, I guess it’s time again to strap on some skis and switch over to our favorite winter alcoholic drinks. Speaking of which, Mark and I have just finished deciding the wines for the winter tasting menu that will start Christmas week. For the whites we will have our Moscato, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, and Solstice White (Unoaked Chardonnay); all of these whites are made from grapes coming from a California harvest. The red wines are going to be Satori, Rebel, Syrah, Legacy, and Sunset Red. We picked these reds because they pair perfectly with the cold and snow of the winter months. We’ll keep you warm and toasty on the inside, don’t worry. Rhythm Cider is now available statewide, and I can tell you that Mark and I are absolutely giddy with that knowledge. It has been a long road from Mark’s first, small, batch of hard cider in 2019 to now seeing our ciders popping up in stores, bars and restaurants all over this amazing state. You can go on Rhythm’s website to see all the locations that now carry Rhythm Cider to find the spot that is closest to you. Right now we have our flagship Rhythm Cider, Blueberry Cider, and Strawberry Cider being distributed state wide; so you’ll still need to come by the tasting room or Rhythm Tap and Grille to taste and take home our plethora of at least 6+ ciders on draft. I am also going to do my best by keeping a “fun” experimental cider on one of the draft lines. Right now it’s my Fruited-Hopped-Cider. I used our flagship Rhythm Cider as the base, then blended in a little of the Strawberry, Blueberry, and Hopped Ciders to make this unique blend. It’s flying out of the tap line and once it’s gone it’s gone; so make sure you get up here to try and take a growler home with you. (Like you really needed another excuse to come back to visit us;) With all of our love and appreciation here from Seven Birches/ Rhythm Ciders to your living rooms have a wonderful holiday season and we hope to see you all soon.
