Explore the craft of wine, cider and fermentation through interactive experiences, hands-on discovery, our working cellar and guided tastings.

Located within the grand RiverWalk Resort hotel is the Seven Birches Winery & Discovery Center.  This is where our wine is made from whole fruit and juice sourced locally and from around the world.  The Discovery Center is open daily for tasting, learning, making, playing,  gathering and exploring.  On Wednesdays and Saturdays, you can also explore the cellar on one of our Meet the Winemakers Tours.

Today, discover our working winery, explore the cellar, taste our wines and ciders, and participate in special Discovery experiences. Over time, we’ll continue adding new ways to explore the craft, science and culture behind what we make.

Seven Birches Winery is a family business!

Discovery Flight:  $20/person – Includes 5 samples of wine (or 6 samples of cider) from our tasting menu.  Wine & cider is also available by the glass and prices range from $7 to $13 per glass, in addition to the tasting flights and tours.

RESERVATIONS FOR WINE & CIDER TASTING ARE NOT REQUIRED FOR PARTIES OF 8 OR LESS.
For groups of 9 or more, please contact us to make reservations.  We may not be able to accommodate groups larger than 8 people walking in without a reservation.  We do offer private group events in our Birch Room, requiring reservations.

PET POLICY:  Well-behaved pets are allowed on our outdoor patio, open seasonally.  Unfortunately, they are not allowed inside at any time.

If you are more interested in cellar exploration, consider taking a “Meet the Winemakers Tour” on Wednesdays & Saturdays.  Cost:  $30/person.

“Meet the Winemakers” Winery Tour

$30pp

Exploratory tour of the winery cellar including a Discovery Wine Flight, wine tasting.

Great for those interested in the winemaking process.  We take a “deep dive” into how all of our wines are handcrafted on site.

Rhythm Tap & Grille

at RiverWalk Resort

Enjoy a full glass of our Rhythm Craft Ciders and a selection of Seven Birches Wines.

Indoor/Outdoor seating, open for lunch & dinner.  Creativity in the space, on the plate, and in the glass!
