Summer is nearly here! Our vines are in the beginning stages of fruiting, we are preparing to get strawberries for a new round of wine, and patio season is in full swing.
Our promotion through the month of June is a fun one. If you are looking to stock up on any bottles you received in your Spring Release shipment, do it now and get free shipping on that order, no matter what else you include! The 2021 Blueberry is now for sale online, so snatch up a few bottles before it goes on the tasting room menus!
We are working on some juicy new adventures for our members, and we can’t wait to share what it is. In the meantime, join me every Wednesday on our Facebook page at 7:30 for a live tasting about a new wine from the Spring Release. Check the Save The Date section at the end of the newsletter for the lineup. If you have any questions about a particular bottle or news about the winery, there’s the place to do it. It’s been a lot of fun, and I’d love for more people to join in on it!

Production News with Nate

The biggest news on the production front is the arrival of our 4 new, 3000 gallon, brite tanks that will be the centerpiece of our winery expansion. Each tank is 75 barrels, and will allow us to make everything from white wines, sparkling whites and roses, hard ciders, seltzers and and can be used for cold stabilizing all of the above.

The Riverwalk Tasting Room had a great kick off to veranda season with a busy Memorial Day weekend. The launch of Twilight, Strawberry, and Savanna to the menu have been well received, and in ordinary custom, Strawberry has been flying off the shelf. Our flowers are finally hanging and poolside season has begun at the resort. We also received our new brite tanks, which you’ll be able to see in their final positions in the new construction within the month! The new wing of the resort will be built around them, which is going to be a lot of fun to watch. So come grab a charcuterie board, a glass of your favorite from the list, and enjoy the sight of things to come!
The Rhythm Studio will be serving 7 days a week starting the week of June 26th! You can get your handcrafted beverages at your convenience and you can also now take our delicious Wine Slushies home with you! For $15 you can take
home our Slushy in a Bag, which holds enough mix to combine with 1 bottle (750 ml) of wine and 1 bottle of water. Just mix and freeze for 5-8 hours and you can enjoy your very own Slushies at home! We have Strawberry and Frozé as our current flavors; Strawberry being a sweet wine and our Twilight Rosé being a dry wine, both are delicious and ultimately come out a little sweeter than they went in. We recommend anything fruity that you enjoy as the Slushy will take on the flavor of the beverage you choose, and there’s no need to limit yourself to Wine alone! Try some of our Ciders, Seltzers, and Meads as well as your favorite non alcoholic beverages in a heat-beating Slushy!
