What a wonderful start to the summer it has been! The turnout for our first two open houses was simply phenomenal, and we’re overflowing with gratitude for each and every one of you who continue to show up, support us, and make our wine club nothing short of extraordinary. We’ve made it! We are now completely working out of the new cellar in phase 2. I can’t even begin to describe to you folks how good it feels to finally be in this space. Mark has only been promising me for the last four years or so… I have already begun fermentation of a new cider and this past week we got the first half of our strawberries in for our strawberry wine. It takes about 1600 pounds of strawberries to make our strawberry wine. Finally, the vineyard is growing perfectly right now. By the look of the vines right now I think we are going to get a nice harvest from them this fall. Hope to see you all soon and have a great summer!

We are officially open in the West Wing! Sunny (or rainy!) patio days and slushies are back. Currently, we are serving Peach Lemonade and Blueberry Pomegranate Slushies that are out of this world. Meghan has been experimenting with Sangria and she can not miss. Most recently, Rosé Cider Sangria has been a smash hit and you can expect her to keep you guessing about our next cocktail. Kamila has joined our team all the way from Czechia and is eager to meet all of our supporters. Our new Club Lounge is full service on Saturdays and always an option to enjoy with a glass of wine, cider, or slushy poured from the bar. Be sure to join us on July 4th to get a free glass of your favorite cider when you purchase a cider flight.
