Hey there, friends! As we dive into the busy season here at Seven Birches, we’re thrilled to see visitors from all over coming to enjoy the stunning Fall foliage. Plus, don’t forget about the Highland Games happening at the end of this month – it’s always a fantastic event that attracts thousands! We can’t wait for the arrival of Fall, and keep your eyes peeled for our upcoming announcement about the Fall Release wines, which will be finalized soon!
This month has been buzzing with private events in our lovely Birch Room, and we’re absolutely delighted to see so many folks making beautiful memories in our space. We have some exciting promotions lined up for you! From now until Thanksgiving, any club member can swing by and enjoy a FREE glass of cider (mulled cider included) – no purchase needed! Also, mark your calendars for September 22nd – we’re hosting our very first online “Wine Cellar Library Release,” where you can grab some amazing wines from Mark’s treasured home wine cellar, dating back to 2017. Production News with Nate

We hope everyone had an enjoyable Labor Day and is making the most of the remaining days of Summer. We would like to extend a warm welcome to Gage, who has joined the production team. With several years of wine making experience, he will be an invaluable asset as we prepare for the busy season ahead. A harvest from our vineyard will be happening tomorrow, September 19th, we hope to get about two tons of grapes from this years grapes. We will be picking these first thing in the morning while the fruit is still cold. On Sunday, September 22nd, we will be receiving 14 tons of grapes from California and Washington state, and we will begin the crushing process the same day. Then a few weeks after that, we will be receiving our white grape juice from California. We are pleased to announce the official release of our cider cans, including both the original cider and the strawberry cider, which are now available for purchase in four-packs or as single cans in the gift shop. We successfully canned nearly 10,000 cans in just one day, and it was an enjoyable experience for the entire team. We can’t thank Iron Heart Canning enough for their assistance in ensuring that we met our timeline for releasing the cans in time for Cider Season!
2024 Fall CRUSH Weekend Nov 1-3
We are going BIG for this year’s Fall Release Party on the weekend of November 1-3, 2024. Of course, you’ll be tasting all of our newest wines and ciders and eating some delicious food. But, this year, you’re going to help us make the wine too! That’s right, we’ll be stomping grapes & bottling wine in and around a series of tastings. It all comes together with a special winemakers’ pairing dinner held in the RiverWalk Resort Grand Ballroom.
