The Seven Birches Wine Club is a great way to enjoy the many different varietals, blends and fruit wines we are producing all year long.  Joining the club brings our wines to you, wherever you are.  Simple, convenient, and delicious!

Membership in the club is FREE, and by joining, you’ll automatically get 15% off all wine purchased as part of your subscription and any additional wine (in-store and online) in between.   Based on your club selection, we’ll ship out your allocation of wines at the frequency you subscribed to.  Once a member, you don’t have to do anything.  The wine will simply arrive at your door (or ready for pick-up) on schedule!  And, keep an eye out for special promotions from time to time offering even deeper discounts.

IF you live in another state, you are able to join our club if you PICK UP your wines, or if you have a friend/relative that we can ship to in a state listed above.

MONTHLY Club

  • The minimum purchase is 2 bottles/shipment.  The maximum purchase is 12 bottles/shipment.
  • You may elect to have those bottles shipped to you (you pay shipping) or you may pick them up monthly or bi-monthly (every other month).
  • You will receive a reminder email 2 weeks prior to your shipment date.
  • You will be allowed to alter your order up to 2 days prior to your shipment date.
  • Alterations must always meet the 2 bottle minimum and 12 bottle maximum.
  • Your club commitment is a minimum of 1 year.

QUARTERLY Club

  • The minimum purchase is 3 bottles/shipment.  The maximum purchase is 12 bottles/shipment.
  • You may elect to have those bottles shipped to you (you pay shipping) or you may pick them up every 3 months (quarterly).
  • You will receive a reminder email 2 weeks prior to your shipment date.
  • You will be allowed to alter your order up to 2 days prior to your shipment date.
  • Alterations must always meet the 3 bottle minimum and 12 bottle maximum.
  • Your club commitment is a minimum of 1 year.

SEMI-ANNUAL Club

  • The minimum purchase is 6 bottles/shipment.  The maximum purchase is 12 bottles per shipment.
  • You may elect to have those bottles shipped to you (you pay shipping) or you may pick them up every 6 months (twice per year).
  • You will receive a reminder email 2 weeks prior to your shipment date.
  • You will be allowed to alter your order up to 2 days prior to your shipment date.
  • Alterations must always meet the 6 bottle minimum and 12 bottle maximum.
  • Your club commitment is a minimum of 1 year.

Price per shipment varies and will include UPS charges and applicable taxes.  The shipping schedule is subject to change depending on ideal shipping weather for your area. We can only ship wines in the subscription club to licensed states listed above.  Please maintain a current and valid credit card and address with us to ensure club delivery.  Direct ship requires an adult signature for delivery, please select a business address if no one is home during the day to sign and accept a package. If a shipment is returned, you are responsible for re-shipment charges.

*Seven Birches Wine Club is a 1-year commitment.  There is no minimum purchase requirement, however, your first subscription order must be placed within the first 30 days of your club membership.  Minimum purchases in the tasting room on the day of registration qualify as the “first order” allowing the next automated order to be scheduled naturally based on the club timeline.

  • IF the new member registering today meets the club’s minimum order requirement in-store, then the next shipment may be scheduled based on their club choice:
    • New Semi-Annual Club member is purchasing 6+ bottles today, then their deadline for the first shipment is no further than 6 months from today.
    • New Quarterly Club member is purchasing 3+ bottles today, then their deadline for the first shipment is no further than 3 months from today.
    • New Monthly Club member is purchasing 2+ bottles today, then their deadline for the first shipment is no further than 2 months from today.
  • IF the new member registering today does NOT meet the club’s minimum requirement in-store, then their first shipment will be scheduled within 30 days.
  • IF they register on their own, from home, then the system automatically schedules the first order within 2 weeks.

**IF registering in-store, you may receive a 15% discount on all of your wine that day, as an incentive for registering.  IF registering online from home, your FIRST club shipment will  be automatically scheduled 2 days after your sign up date, giving you a chance to make adjustments to your package.   All subsequent club shipments will be scheduled based on the signup date.  Should you cancel your membership before meeting the minimum commitment, you will be back-charged any club discount received up to that point.  Wine purchases are non-refundable.

***Seven Birches will hold wines to be picked-up in our Lincoln, NH winery location for 30 days.  After 30 days, we cannot guarantee that the exact wines you selected will still be available.  However, you will have a credit for the amount of the club release purchase waiting for you until you are able to come and pick out wines equal to that value, or make changes to your order when picking up.
