Saturday Educational Workshops
The 2025 Fall Club Member Event Weekend is coming up quickly! Join us on the weekend of October 24-25th for some club social time, educational workshops and a Murder Mystery. We’ll start out, as we usually do, with a welcome social in the Birch Room. Your ticket for the weekend will include a glass of your favorite beverage at this Friday evening social. Then, Saturday we’ll host 2 interesting and educational workshops, both of which include some tasting of not-yet-available wines. Then finish the day off with a who-dunnit of sorts, Murder Mystery Sip & Solve. There’s plenty of time between events for you to get some personal time in, go for a hike, grab a bite, or simply relax. It’s up to you!

- Friday Night Social – 1 Glass of Wine/Cider Included
- “Wine Barrel Deep Dive” – Everyone knows that wineries use wine barrels to age their wines. But why? Learn everything about barrels and taste directly from them. Tasting is included.
- “Experimentation Station” – Join Nate on a tasting adventure of experimental wines, meads, and ciders that may, or may never, reach the sales floor. You’ll help to decide. Tasting is included.

Murder Mystery – Sip & Solve
with Sweet Treats
Saturday, October 25th, 7pm
A wine crime has been committed that needs your expertise in solving. Can you piece together the clues, coerce details from the suspects, assemble the timeline and solve the mystery? We need your help! Of course, we don’t do anything at Seven Birches Winery without some wine tasting, so as you are conducting your investigations, we’ll be pouring a curated flight of wines to stimulate your brains. And, since this is meant as an after-dinner event, we’ll provide some sweet treats to prep you for Halloween the next week.
