Learn the art of charcuterie
as you sip some wine!

Learn how to build a themed charcuterie board and sip a little Seven Birches wine in our relaxed winery located in the Riverwalk Resort. Tips and tricks will be shared to curate a charcuterie box to take home! Everyone will receive a selection of artisanal cheeses, charcuterie, and accoutrements that they will use to create, with instruction, into a tasty treat to take home or stay and enjoy.
Mother’s Day is Sunday, May 11th. Maybe bring mom with you to spend some quality time together? Or, perhaps bringing charcuterie to her on Mother’s day would be a nice touch. This is also a wonderful multi-generational activity. Maybe Grandmother would like it too!

Welcome to my happy place ~
I have always enjoyed having my house full of family and friends enjoying seasonal foods and tasty beverages. It is very important to me that everyone feel welcome and cared for during their visits. Every time someone dropped by, I would go out of my way pouring a bottle of wine that I knew they loved or whipping up that special unique appetizer. Often extending invitations to take a look at my gardens where I grow so many beautiful flowers and herbs; or planning a seaside glamping experience with themed linens and glassware. I’ve always believed that love is most definitely in the details!
