Hey everyone! It’s been a little while since I last popped in! No worries, we’re still here, working away every week to bring you new events, tasty drinks, and fun things to keep things exciting. We’ve got some great stuff lined up for spring and summer that I think you’re going to love. Check out our “Coming Up!” section.
And biggest news of all—on June 13th, we’re releasing the wine to our Adopt-A-Vine Members! We’ve all waited patiently, and we couldn’t be more excited to share this with you. Make sure to RSVP soon, because spots are limited! Only one time slot left at 11:45! We can’t wait for you to get your bottle, from your grapes.
Here’s what you can expect on June 13th:
- A short walk out to the vineyard with our winemakers, who’ll fill you in on how the vineyard was designed and planted, plus the yearly growing cycle.
- A tour of the winery, where your wine was crafted; learn all about the process from grape crush to bottling.
- A tasting of the two estate wines right in the cellar, so you can decide which bottle to take home.
- Pick up your bottle of wine in our tasting room, ready for you to enjoy at home.
- Want to stay a bit longer? Grab a glass for a wine flight, enjoy some snacks, and make it a relaxing day; it’s completely up to you!

Production News with Nate

Happy Spring! As the days get longer and the snow disappears, Mark, Gage, and I are eager to get back into the vineyard. We will soon begin pruning the vines back to two cordons perpendicular to the trunk, giving the vineyard a “huge haircut” to set the growing pattern for the year and maintain that perfect “T” shape. In the cellar, Gage and I are preparing to bottle all the wines currently in our stainless steel tanks to make room for the upcoming spring harvest from Chile. We will have all these wines bottled by April 18th, just in time for our New SKU Pre-release Preview.
This event is a great opportunity to taste our new wines before they are released to ANYONE! Highlights include Mystique, our first-ever carbonated wine made from Viognier grapes, and RiverBend, the slightly sweet red blend created last year during our Wine Club Weekend using Curico, Blueberry, and Moscato. We will have several other new and returning favorites available, so we hope everyone can join us on April 18th. Regarding the Chilean harvest, it should arrive in about a month or so. I hear it was a fantastic growing season, and I look forward to providing more updates as we get closer to delivery and fermentation. We raise our glasses to the fleeting winter season. She was gracious to us this year, but it’s time to get into the yard and finish those spring chores so we can spend our summers sunning by the river. We hope to see you in the tasting room soon! Remember, even though it’s mud season the wine tastes great.
