Club News with Joce

Jocelyn Oropallo, Wine Club Administrator

We are looking forward to the arrival of Fall and the upcoming announcement of our Fall Release wines. Keep an eye on your emails as they will be decided very soon! Let us know if you would like to make any changes to the wines you see in your release. Seven Birches Winery is thriving, and we are delighted to see an increasing number of members visiting our club lounge and outdoor patio. We encourage all of our members to take photos during their visits and share or tag us on social media! Your support in spreading the word about our winery is greatly appreciated, and we welcome you to bring family and friends along to enjoy our offerings. Additionally, we are pleased to see the positive response to our new subscription club, with initial orders from both new and longstanding members coming in hot! We hope to include all of our traditional members in the subscription club in the future. This program allows you to control the frequency and quantity of your orders. If you haven’t explored the subscription options yet, we encourage you to do so! For those who have not yet met Zach, our dedicated cider sales team member (in the photo above), working with Rhythm Ciders, he has been doing an exceptional job. He is actively working to expand our presence in local restaurants and breweries, providing our ciders on tap, in bottles, and soon in cans. We are excited to announce that he will soon be joined by Juliana, who will assist in distributing our products in Eastern New Hampshire. While Zach continues to take on the Western side! Say hello to Zach and Juliana if you see them around the tasting room! Remember to buy your tickets for the Fall CRUSH event this November, we are getting very close to selling out. Production News with Nate

Nate Maser, Winemaker

Bird netting will soon be installed in the vineyard, as we are observing a significant presence of grapes, and we aim to safeguard these as effectively as possible. We have received the first batch of blueberries for our blueberry wine, and we recently completed the production of our strawberry wine for next year. Our focus is now shifting towards the upcoming fall harvest, which requires considerable preparation. We are also approaching the announcement of the wines that will be featured in our fall release. This selection may include some returning wines that you have previously enjoyed, as well as several new offerings that you may not have had the opportunity to try.Seven Birches Winery Cellar with Nate I have seen an increase in participation for our winery  tours on Wednesdays and Saturdays. If you have not yet joined us for a tour, I encourage you to do so! Hope you all enjoy the rest of your summer and hope to see you soon.

2024 Fall CRUSH Weekend Nov 1-3

We are going BIG for this year’s Fall Release Party on the weekend of November 1-3, 2024.  Of course, you’ll be tasting all of our newest wines and ciders and eating some delicious food.  But, this year, you’re going to help us make the wine too!  That’s right, we’ll be stomping grapes & bottling wine in and around a series of tastings.  It all comes together with a special winemakers’ pairing dinner held in the RiverWalk Resort Grand Ballroom.

Tasting Room News with Brian

Tasting Room Manager

We’ve been beating the heat and humidity with the power of refreshing beverages and a beautifully air conditioned tasting room.  To reduce the sweat on your end, we’ve also simplified our picnic platter preparation.  No more delay as you wait for your table’s self nominated charcuterie artist to finish slicing up pepperoni and cheese as we have introduced sliced meats and cheeses in resealable packaging for your convenience.  Still as local as ever!  Our summer specialties are still available… for now!  If you are a Wine Slush Lush, or just plain mad for Blueberry Wine, get it while you still can!  It seems that summer just got started, but we are already closing in on Cider Season and we are so excited.  Starting in September-until Thanksgiving, stop into the Seven Birches tasting room for a free glass of Rhythm Cider OR a flight of four ciders during cider season.  (One free glass of cider per membership) Check in weekly for promotions appearing at www.ciderseason.com. Thank you to everyone who has visited and helped us make our first summer in the west wing one to remember.
