Club News with Joce

Jocelyn Oropallo, Wine Club Administrator

Can you believe it? Our clocks have already sprung forward, ushering in the season of new beginnings. And for us, this means the start of a new journey! We are so excited to unveil phase 2 of our winery – it’s going to be a place that feels like home and we can’t wait to share this special space with you. We hope you will join us for our club member exclusive “open house” weeks in June to come check out the new winery and club lounge. Please RSVP if you would like to attend. It’s free to join!

Don’t forget to take advantage of our  St. Patrick’s Day Online Promotion: Save 17% on all online wine purchases. IF you are a wine club member… then you will get 17% in addition to your usual 15% off!  That is a 32% savings on wine. Another update for you all is that we are officially closed at our RiverWalk Tasting Room and serving exclusively across the parking lot at our sister location Rhythm Studio, 7 days per week. We will be here until we can officially move sometime in the late Spring. We still have plenty of wine and cider to taste so please come visit us during this transition! Cheers to new beginnings!

Production News with Nate

Nate Maser, Winemaker

In the production room we continue with a happy, frantic enthusiasm. I am pushing Paul and myself to see how much cider can be produced in an undersized production space, while still maintaining our high standards. As of now what I can say is it’s a lot! Can’t wait to see what we can do in the new production space in Phase 2. We are continuing to produce world class cider and coming up with new varieties to get to all of you. We have just released our brand new favorite, the Rosé hard cider; it’s amazing if you were wondering. Make sure to stop by and try this one. I am about to release this year’s Blueberry hard cider; and I must say it’s the best one yet. I am excited to announce our other brand new release, the Rhythm Strawberry Cider; which should be released the first or second week of April. For the hopped cider I have narrowed down that we will be using Ameriello hops. I can’t describe to you how excited I am to get this one made and onto the shelves. We will be beginning to prune the vineyard starting the last week of March. This process involves pruning away almost all of the growth from last year right down to the trunk and growing all new shoots for this year’s season. We are excited about getting a real harvest from the vines this year! The last big news I have for all of you is that we are starting to put together and bottle the wines that will be in your spring wine club release. We are excited as ever to get these to all of you folks.

Tasting Room News with Brian

Tasting Room Supervisor

With the Seven Birches tasting room closed, Rhythm Studio is getting into spring cleaning mode! April and May tend to be our quieter months, which gives us a chance to reset and freshen things up. We take pride in both our service and our appearances, so there’s a lot of work to do. If you’re looking for some personal time with our staff to chat about wine, spring is the perfect time to do so. Stop by and say hi! We’d love to take a break from cleaning to have a chat with you.
