Spring has arrived! We’re still riding high from our fantastic spring wine club weekend — what a blast blending and tasting wine with all of you. We’ve received such wonderful feedback about the event, and it truly means a lot to us. We’re already looking forward to more gatherings like this in the future! A big shoutout to our team of six, who worked tirelessly to pack all of the traditional wine club members’ orders in just one day — and did it in a record-breaking 2.5 hours! By now, hopefully your wine has arrived, and you’ve had a chance to try the new selections chosen by our winemaker. You can check out our virtual tasting notes below, or simply scan the QR code in your mailer to get all the details. We’ve got some exciting trips coming up! In June, we’re heading to the beautiful rolling hills of Tuscany, and later in September, join us for our second Finger Lakes adventure! Don’t forget to celebrate Memorial Day weekend with us — it’s the perfect kickoff to summer, and we’ll be bringing back our beloved wine slushies for the occasion. We’re thrilled to share that our patio will be open for FULL service all summer long! Whether you’re stopping by for a tasting, a glass of wine, or some delicious charcuterie, you can enjoy it all outside on our covered patio. We’re really looking forward to seeing you!  Group Tasting Packages are now available! Production News with Nate

Nathan Maser, Wine and Cider Maker

Spring is in full swing and we are ready to start crushing our grapes from the southern hemisphere.This year we are getting our harvest exclusively from Chile. The harvest should be arriving on May 22, and we’ll start crushing the grapes as soon as they get into the cellar. This will be one of our biggest harvests to date and we couldn’t be more excited to start building back up our aging wine inventory that we needed to dip into last year when we were in the old production room in the East Wing of the RiverWalk Resort. The vineyard out back is looking great and has had bud break. Which means that the vines no longer look like sticks and we are seeing some really nice new growth on everything out there. Please take a walk through next time you’re up; Gage has been working hard on the vineyard this year to make it look great and grow well for you all. As we start looking towards summer we are thinking about the ciders we want to be drinking by the lake or river this year. We are extremely excited about the new Rose cider that we will be canning towards the end of June. This one drinks a lot like the Rhythm Cider on the sweetness scale, and we aged the cider in red wine barrels for at least two months which has given it a beautiful rose color. We will also be releasing our new Summer Blend Cider in the tasting room. This cider is part of the cellar’s experimental series and will only be available in growlers to take home. It’s filled with bright red fruit and berry flavors, and is back sweetened with a little bit of honey making it the perfect cider for kicking back and enjoying the sun. Can’t wait to see you all next time you’re up visiting us in the mountains. Cheers to the cool water for swimming, warm sun for soaking up, and great friends to enjoy it all with.

  • Private limo transportation (a small bus really), leaving from 41 Lakefront Hotel to visit 4 different wineries on Saturday, September 13th.  Nobody is drinking and driving!
