The original session time, scheduled for 2pm is now SOLD OUT. So, we have opened up another session, earlier on the same day at 11am .
This coming year will be a record breaking year for Seven Birches Winery; 10+ completely new wines (SKUs) will be released later this year.

But, BEFORE we release them, we thought we’d give you the chance to try them. Some of them may not actually get released until the summer, fall, or even later. So, here’s your chance to try (and buy) a handful of these new wines well before the rest of the world can, and only at this special tasting event.
Open to CLUB MEMBERS and their guests ONLY.
- Enjoy a tasting flight of pre-released wines.
- Learn what makes each of these unique directly from our winemakers.
- You’ll have the opportunity to purchase these wines, this one day.
- After the preview on Saturday, the wines will be going back to the cellar for more aging and later release.
- Visit with Mark & Stephanie during the day.
- Make a weekend out of it!
ONLY $25 per person
This is a unique opportunity to taste the wines before they are available to other club members and to hear about the winemaking process behind them. We’ll give you the vision and the history of each wine in a sampling flight (5-6 wines) before the rest of the world gets the chance. Cheers!
