Variety Club

2021 Sunset Red-This is the first bottling of our 2021 vintage favorite wine.  The heavier body and pepper-spice notes of the cabernet sauvignon blend perfectly with the softer tannins and fruitiness of the merlot to create the perfect match. Inspired by the sensational White Mountains sunsets, this 50/50 blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot combines some of the best attributes of both varietals in our wine selection. After aging separately in oak barrels, the bold flavors of the Cabernet blend perfectly with the smooth fruit characters from the Merlot, resulting in this delicious red wine. Best served at sunset.
Rebel-60% Merlot, 20% Cab, and 20% Syrah. Dry and Smooth. Using a blend of Bordeau and Rhone varietals of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, with other reds, we have crafted this blend in the Super Tuscan style.  Named after the rebels that moved away from Sangiovese as the main grape in their Tuscan blends, this lush, fruit-forward blend would be labeled here in the states as one of the Super Tuscans. This blend has a terrific balance of spice with dark berry fruits and a sweet plum undertone. Try this one with with your next Italian feast!
2022 Alto-Classic Pinot Grigio. A fun play on the word “Grigio” which means gray in Italian. Pinot Grigio meaning “gray pine” derives its name from the grayish blue fruit which grows in small pine-cone shaped clusters. The tiniest amount of residual sugar gives the wine a nice mouthfeel without coming off as sweet and shows bright acidity with typical apple notes. Blind tasted I would be hard pressed to guess it was not Italian. Simply delicious!
2022 Symphony (Chenin Blanc)-Chenin blanc is one of South Africa’s most desirable wine grapes. Our “Symphony” was made from imported juice, fermented to off-dry with strong acidity and complexity. All of the flavor, alcohol, acid, tannin and sugar are in harmony in this delicate white wine, giving it a symphonic quality.
2022 Angel (Rose)-The winemakers are testing their creativity with this all-new rosé under a familiar name. Using a method called saignée, which means to “bleed” some of the red juice from the crushed red grapes and some blending of other whites, the resulting wine is a spectacular blush color, semi-sweet finish, and leasy-to-drink, fruit-forward rosé. 20% Malbec, 20% Pinot Grigio, 20% Sauvignon Blanc, 20% Viognier, 20% Riesling
2022 Apple-Apples from Windy Ridge Orchard were harvested in the early fall of last year. Direct from the press at the orchard, this fresh, crisp, apple wine starts with a wonderful aroma of New Hampshire cider. This semi-sweet wine has a remarkably smooth mouthfeel, with hints of citrus and pear. The finish leaves you where you began with a lingering cider taste that reminds you that you are in a New Hampshire orchard. This is a great summer/fall light wine that pairs well with summer salads, chicken and pork on the grill, and light sandwiches.

Mostly Reds Club

2021 Satori/Pinotage-From South African grapes, this Pinotage is the winemaker’s baby. With a medium garnet color, definitive truffle and hints of forest floor on the nose. It is a medium bodied wine with complex notes of plum, tobacco, vanilla and wet leaves on the palate. It is off-dry with light acidity and a soft tannin that makes this wine especially smooth and flavorful.

2021 Classique/Cab Franc-This Cabernet Franc is a classic, Bordeau varietal, red wine. Classique is our Cabernet Franc from the Chilean Harvest. This medium(-) bodied, off-dry, pale ruby red wine, has a medium(-) acidity, with balanced tannin and generous red fruit and earthiness on the nose. The palate is relatively complex for a young red wine with a medium-long, smooth finish.

2021 Karma/Carmenere-Offering up some good Karma from the Chilean harvest, this Carmenere is a winner, with a medium purple, translucent shine, black and blueberry aromas, and a neutral American oak earthiness. The flavors are black fruit with a touch of fresh pine and oak spice. It finishes smooth with a medium tannin and medium(-) acidity that begs for a second glass.

2021 Tempranillo-Pronounced “Tem-Pra-Nee-Yo”, this black grape variety is grown around the world, most notably in Spain.  Our Tempranillo was grown in California, which has similar terroir (warm & dry) as the Rioja, Spain’s most notable wine region.

Legacy-Our expression of the past and direction for the future. Born in 2017 A red blend, made from grapes sourced around the world and aged in French oak. Once half of the existing wine is bottled, we blend a combination of the current vintage red wine production into the remaining barreled wine. Every release of Legacy has wine in it from each vintage starting in 2017, making this wine an ageless blend of blends.

2021 Kismet (Red Blend that was Co-fermented) (Cab Sav, Merlot, Tempranillo, Syrah, Pinot Noir) This wine had a destiny for greatness as it started as a field blend of red grapes.  This unique wine is essentially blended before it is made, giving all of the grape varieties a chance to ferment together.

2022 Rumor (Riesling)-Rumor is an off-dry, German style Riesling made from grapes from Chile, South America.
2021 Chardonnay-The first of our Chardonnays ever to spend time in French oak. Aged in French oak barrels for 10 months, and another 5 months in glass, this new Chardonnay (new in terms of process), is a remarkable wine with smooth, buttery and oaky vanilla flavors reminiscent of California chardonnay.  The grapes are California, the oak is French, the wine is pure New Hampshire.
2022 Alto-Classic Pinot Grigio. A fun play on the word “Grigio” which means gray in Italian. Pinot Grigio meaning “gray pine” derives its name from the grayish blue fruit which grows in small pine-cone shaped clusters.
