Hey there, everyone! Happy New Year! We’re super excited to share a bunch of fun new events and travel opportunities with you all, so make sure you stay connected! In fact, we have so much to share that we’ve launched our brand-new “Weekly Winesday Update.” By now, you’ve probably already received a couple of these – it’s just our way of making sure you’re all in the loop with everything happening in one handy spot. Elevated Gatherings Charcuterie Class at Seven Birches WineryWe have some great activities lined up, from Valentine’s Day bouquet and cookie making classes to paint-your-own pottery sessions, and another charcuterie making class. This update means you can stay informed more frequently, not just once a month with the newsletter. We’re really looking forward to shaking off the winter blues with our first club trip of the year. On March 22nd we’ll be headed on a tour of five Long Island wineries alongside our club members. You’re welcome to join us for the day or even extend your stay! Later this year, we’ll be heading to the beautiful Finger Lakes from September 12-14 for another domestic trip, and we can’t wait! We had such a blast last time, we just had to do it again! We know not everyone can join the international trips, so we want to offer some local travel options to make it easier for everyone to participate. As we continue to evolve, we’re also transitioning from our “Traditional” club model to our fresh, new Subscription Club. Check out or recent blog post to help make your transition a bit easier! We have announced a new policy regarding wine club pick ups, so please keep scrolling to check it out. Wishing you all a fantastic and safe New Year!

We have updated our wine club policy regarding the holding period for members’ orders. Previously, we held wines (pick up orders) until the next order processed, but this has become unsustainable due to limited space. Going forward, wines will be held for pickup at our Lincoln, NH winery for 30 days. After this period, we cannot guarantee the availability of your selected wines. However, you will always have credit on your account for your club purchase, which can be used to select wines of equal value or to modify your order at pickup. We appreciate your understanding! If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me. [email protected]

Not sure about you folks, but I love this time of year. The time between New Years and February; it’s in this time that we enter the ‘true’ ski season. It’s been cold up here and the mountains have been pumping out a ridiculous amount of snow; just like us with cider. We are continuing to be in more and more stores and restaurants around the state. Check out the Rhythm Cider website to see all the different locations. Gage and I will be making this year’s Honey Cider and Hopped Cider in the next week or so. These will be our newest ciders that will be put into cans and distributed. These two ciders will be hitting stores around late spring/ early summer, but they will be available to bring home from our tasting room late February. Speaking of the tasting room, it is fully stocked with wine. Our red line up is absolutely phenomenal right now. We have everything from the Satori to our Rebel. The Satori is what I call my “cocktail hour” wine, it’s light and easy drinking, most definitely a crowd pleaser. The Rebel is one of my favorite blends we make. It’s big, dry, bold with fruit flavors and plenty of tannin.  This is definitely one of those wines you should grab a bottle for tonight and a few to sequester to your wine rack for a few months to year. Our new white wines are all light and easy drinking, maybe a little too easy, but, man, are they perfect to be drinking in front of a fire or in a hot tub. This is my little thanks to all of you out there that the phrase “ski season” brings to mind long, lazy days by the fire or in a hot tub while the rest of the family is freezing their toes off. Cheers, these ones are for you. We hope to see you all soon, and be well this winter.
