We have been hard at work researching, negotiating, and curating some upcoming wine-themed group travel for our wine club members. As you know, it takes a lot of work to plan amazing trips. Well, the Seven Birches Wine Club has done that work for you and planned the following trips both domestic and abroad. This is a huge benefit to our members as these prices are discounted, the group tours are pre-arranged, and the planning is taken care of for you. Here we go!
NY Finger Lakes - July 2023
July 2023 – NY Finger Lakes (exact dates & price TBD)
We are planning a trip for the start of this summer to the famous New York Finger Lakes Wine Region. We are in the process of finalizing the details, but this is what we know right now.
- Friday Afternoon – drive yourselves to the Finger Lakes and Check in
- Friday Evening – join us for a social reception
- Saturday (all day) – limo/bus service to visit wineries & taste wine
- Saturday Evening – dinner included
- Sunday – drive yourselves home
Mark & Stephanie will be heading there early to hit some wineries on Friday and staying later to hit some on Sunday as well. You are welcome to join us.

Production News with Nate

We are so excited to be releasing an all-new craft cider this week called “Apres”. We made this cider from NH apples, and fermented the juice with a combination of baking spices that gives this cider a real warm quality to it, while somehow, staying fresh and light. Maybe its the ginger? As we do for all of our artisanal ciders, we feature one talented artist with their work. On Apres, you will love to see the work of Dana Clemons of White Mountain Photography. His pictures are stunning. And, if you like, many of them are hanging on the wall outside of our RiverWalk tasting room. We can tell you that Apres will FLY off the shelves, so please don’t wait to come and try this small-lot seasonal cider.
We are also busy fermenting more of our original Rhyhm Cider. The Blood Orange Cider is conditioning now and will be ready soon.
And, as if we needed to fill the empty space in our production room, we are filled to the brim with empty wine bottles. You guessed it, bottling time. We’ll be bottling our 2022 White Wines and our Strawberry and Blueberry wines.

Tasting Room Supervisor
The Seven Birches Riverwalk Tasting Room and Rhythm Studio are in spring cleaning mode! April and May are our quietest months of the year, and we love using that time to reset. We take great pride not only in our service, but in our appearances, and that takes work! If you want some real one-on-one time with our staff to talk wine, spring is by far the best time to do it. Come stop in! We’ll love to take a break from cleaning to chat.
Along with all the cleaning, we will be shutting down the Riverwalk Tasting Room for a bit, as construction of the next phase of the Riverwalk Resort will require some work to be done in the tasting room. The dates are not set in stone yet, but we will be sure to announce that on Facebook and keep you in the loop. We plan to use the Atrium Wine Bar as Seven Birches headquarters while the work is being done at Riverwalk.
