Join us at Seven Birches Winery for this fun and instructional class on cookie decorating. The class includes instruction on how to decorate 5 cookies with multiple colors of icing and cookie shapes, which are premade for the class. It also includes a goody bag to take home, a box to put your decorated cookies in, a short decorating guide that includes information on where to order supplies and other useful information for future decorating. Embrace your inner pastry chef!

Four years ago, Laura made her first attempt at decorating sugar cookies with royal icing. They did not turn out as she had hoped, but she was still proud of the final product. Soon after, a determination to perfect the technique was born. Self-taught, Laura consumed every resource available to learn the many techniques and steps necessary to recreate cookies with a personal flair as well as design her own with a learned understanding on how to make the correct icing consistencies to accomplish her visions. After a successful career in healthcare for several decades, Laura retired just in time for her cookie business to expand at an unexpected pace. Today, she creates cookies for weddings, baby showers, birthday parties, corporations, holiday parties and gifts. The thrill and excitement her customers exude when receiving their cookies for special events is her greatest reward. Sharing with others the basics on creating decorated sugar cookies brings her added joy and happiness.
