We would love to host your private party in our brand new Winery, Tasting Room, and Birch Room at the RiverWalk Resort at Loon Mountain.  Our newly expanded winery offers 11,000+ square feet of possibilities, whether you are looking for something smaller and more intimate or something grand, we can likely accomodate you and your private party.

• Our new tasting room is generally open to the public 7 days/week, but for the right group at the right time, it can be an amazing venue to host your event.  The tasting room is around 2000 square feet and can host parties up to 80 people.
• Our Birch Room is essentially a separate space in the tasting room that is available for private parties and social events.  This space is approximately 1000 square feet and can seat up to 40 people privately.
• Our  Winery Production Floor is a special place.  This is where all the magic happens.  But, from time to time, we do host private events in and around the tanks, barrels and other winery equipment.  A party for 100 people is not out of the question in this space.

Other Impressive Options:

• The Seven Birches Vineyard at RiverWalk Resort is an ideal spot for wedding ceremonies, private picnics, and other social gatherings.  The acre of vines is uniquely situated in the backyard of the resort, overlooking the mountains and river in the background.
• The Grand Ballroom at RiverWalk Resort is also a perfect option for groups up to 300 people.  This is wedding ceremony central and is an elegant and classy location to host your friends, family, and associates.

On-Site Catering, Food and Beverage Service:

• A catering menu from our very own Rhythm Tap & Grille restaurant inside the resort is available for private functions.
• For larger functions, especially those in the Grand Ballroom, another menu is available.
• Since you are inquiring about an event at a winery, we are certainly going to focus on wine.  In the winery spaces (tasting room, Birch Room & winery) we are only able to serve the beverages that we make (Seven Birches Wine and Rhythm Ciders).  However, in the Grand Ballroom, Pre-function lobby, and Vineyard, we are able to cater to other beverages as well (beer, spirits, etc).  Those are just the laws.
